Pork Meat
2025 Pork Whole Pig – $5.00/lb for farm raised pork. 1/2 pig (approx 125lbs), deposit is $200. Whole pig (approx 250lbs), deposit is $400. Meat will be processed and ready for pick up in later October 2026.

Beef
Whole Beef – $6.50/lb (appx 700 hanging weight) – Deposit $2,000
Half Beef – $6.50/lb (appx 350 hanging weight) – Deposit $1,000
Please let us know if you are interested in a half or whole beef. We do purchase beef throughout the year. Typically beef is available within two – three weeks after deposit.
Lamb Shares
Half and whole shares of lamb. The price is $9.00/lb (around 40lbs on a whole and 20lbs on a half). Lamb will be ready in early October. Deposits are $100 on a whole and $50 on a half.

4 lbs of ground
6lbs of chops
5 lbs of your choice: ribs, shoulder roast, butt roast, or country styles
4 pkgs. of bacon
Meat Birds
We are raising and selling meat birds in whole or parted out options. The price will be $6.00/lb. We anticipate a 5-7lb meat bird.
Beef Boxes: $125/box
Box contains: 10 lbs of ground beef, your choice of steak – one package of two prime steaks (T-bone, porterhouse, ribeyes, 1lb steak tips) and one 2 lb pkg. of stew meat, shaved steak, sirloin steak, or chuck steak. (16lbs of meat)
Turkey
We are also raising turkeys for sale. (ground, parts and whole) $4.50/lb
