Cut sheets are available below. Please have them completed and ready to review prior to slaughter.

When you book your butcher date with us we require the kill and slaughter fee within two weeks to keep your slaughter date. The kill and slaughter fee to keep your date is non-refundable.

Beef

Tripod will be used if the tractor is not large enough to lift the animal. (tractor is needed to lift this tripod) $200 tripod fee applies

Pork

Tripod will be used if no tractor is available to lift the animal. $125 tripod fee applies

Sheep and Goats

Tripod will be used if no tractor is available to lift the animal. $100 fee applies
