Cut sheets are available below. Please have them completed and ready to review prior to slaughter.
When you book your butcher date with us we require the kill and slaughter fee within two weeks to keep your slaughter date. We accept credit card, debit card, credit card, cash and Venmo. The kill and slaughter fee to keep your date is non-refundable.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: WE DO NOT HAVE THE FREEZER SPACE TO HOLD MEAT. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR MEAT WITHIN 4 DAYS OF BEING CONTACTED A $100 STORAGE FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
Deer Pricing – $1.50/lb on the hanging weight
Bear Pricing – $3.00/lb on the hanging weight
** May 15 – August 31st meat smoking is not available as the smokehouse closes for the summer.

Kill and Slaughter per cow $110
Hide and organ disposal fee (optional) $40
Cut and Wrap in Vac pack bags $1.10/lb hanging weight
Kill and Slaughter ONLY per cow $200
Tripod will be used if the tractor is not large enough to lift the animal. (tractor is needed to lift this tripod) $200 tripod fee applies
Pork Pricing
Kill and Slaughter per pig $95
Hide and organ disposal fee (optional) $30
Cut and Wrap in Vac pack bags $0.95/lb hanging weight
Kill and Slaughter ONLY per pig $175

Smoked Meat: Meat is currently smoked at Fox County Smokehouse in Canterbury, NH.
If you want us to handle the smoking the price will be as follows: $2.50/lb
Sheep and Goats Pricing
Kill and Slaughter $75 per animal
Hide and organ disposal fee (optional) $20
Cut and Wrap $0.75/lb hanging weight
Tripod will be used if no tractor is available to lift the animal. $100 fee applies
Poultry Processing ***Only available May 1st – August 31st ***
Meat birds only (not layers and not roosters) $1.00/lb w/ 6lb minimum (this means, we will charge you $1.00/lb x 6lbs even if your whole bird weighs 3 lbs when processed)
Turkeys $1.25/lb w/ 12lb minimum.
