Who are we?

Matthew and Amanda are two people who by the grace of God found one another. As we journey together in life with our three children we find that our childhoods have accidentally prepared us to live lives that we love, each and every day. While challenges do arise, all in all we love meeting new people through our various productive activities here on the farm.

What is the history of Three Willows Farm?

When we started processing animals as a business, we lived in a suburb on one and a half acres. While operating out of our garage it became clear that we were not going to expand in our current footprint. We began looking for a place that we could live and work and expand our business. We found our current property on Parker Hill Road. Our home and barn are 200 years old. Our house was built about 50 years after the Revolutionary War (we adore history in our family) As far as we can tell from really old pics and the family that bought this house in 1940 (the Parkers, yes, of Parker Hill Road) this was always farming property and we are happy to keep it that way.

What is the Chop Shoppe?

The Chop Shoppe is our meat processing business where we process other peoples animals. We are a custom exempt specialty butcher shop.

Custom exempt basically means that as long as you are not selling your meat at a farmers market, in individual pieces or over state lines, we can process your animal for you.

Specialty means that we have the experience and knowledge to process your animal accordingly (ie. italian style)

Where are we?

We are at the bottom of the hill on Hunkin’s Pond road between Parker Hill Road and Wells road, Next to the gorgeous beaver pond.
